Copyright/Usage Policy

I, as the artist hold the right to the produced piece, not the client. Therefore I reserve the rights to use this art to promote, publish or display and make any edits to do so.The client is allowed to use the artwork for personal use. Copyright infringement is broken when the client reproduces or uses the art commercially, producing any profit or taking credit for the artwork, removing any watermarks or signatures, and altering the artwork without my consent.

REQUIREMENTS:

When commissioning me, I will require detailed references to what you want written or pictures is fine but enough for me to go on. Poses may also be used but I will say that I will never make a pose look exactly as the one you have shown me. All payment is done up front this is non negotiable Refunds and Cancellations I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time. If for any reason you ask for a refund between the day of payment and the turn around date, anything I have done will be deducted from the full cost and the remainder will be refunded. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if the commissioner is rude, inappropriate or lacking in communications.

If you ever file a charge back against my account after receiving your artwork, your commission will be retracted. The artwork will belong to me fully and I have the right to do with it as I please. You will also be blacklisted by me for any further work.Estimated Turn Around Time: I will NOT accept deadline commissions and if I do, it's case by case. Art is my day job, I work a normal 9 to 5 with it and sometimes even more. These commissions will be taking up all my free time. Therefore, I reserve the right depending on the complexity of the commission of a 1-3 month turn around time for ALL commissions."Will all commissions take this long to complete?" No, but I will say this as a precaution in the case of injury, sickness, or any other situation that might arise and Art still comes first.Customer Satisfaction: I do everything in my power to make people happy, but I can only do so much.
